1. Important Safety Information

2. Package Contents

The package includes the wall-mounted pull-up bar frame, dip station frame, various grip bars, backrest and armrest cushions, and all necessary mounting hardware (bolts, washers, wrenches).

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Wall Requirements

This equipment must be installed on a solid, load-bearing wall. Suitable wall types include:

  • Solid brick wall
  • Cement wall
  • Red brick wall
  • Solid concrete tile wall

Do NOT install on drywall, hollow brick walls, honeycomb brick walls, or sandwich panels, as these surfaces cannot safely support the equipment and user weight.

3.2 Tools Required

  • Drill
  • Drill bit (12mm or 15/32 inch diameter)
  • Measuring tape
  • Level
  • Pencil or marker
  • Wrenches (included)

3.3 Installation Steps

  1. Choose Location: Select a suitable wall location that meets the requirements in Section 3.1. Ensure there is enough clear space around the equipment for safe exercise.
  2. Mark Drill Holes: Hold the mounting brackets against the wall at the desired height. Use a level to ensure they are straight and mark the six drill holes for each bracket with a pencil.
  3. Drill Holes: Using a 12mm (15/32 inch) drill bit, carefully drill holes at the marked locations. Ensure the depth is sufficient for the expansion bolts.
  4. Insert Expansion Bolts: Insert the expansion bolts into the drilled holes. Tap gently with a hammer if necessary until they are flush with the wall surface.
  5. Mount Brackets: Align the mounting brackets with the expansion bolts. Securely fasten the brackets to the wall using the provided nuts and washers. Tighten all bolts firmly.
  6. Assemble Pull-Up Bar: Attach the pull-up bar frame to its mounted brackets. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
  7. Assemble Dip Station: Attach the dip station frame to its mounted brackets. Install the backrest and armrest cushions. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
  8. Final Check: Double-check all bolts and connections for tightness. Perform a gentle weight test before full use.

4. Operating Instructions

The ONETWOFIT Pull-Up Bar and Dip Station offers a versatile range of exercises for upper body and core strength.

4.1 Pull-Up Bar Usage

The pull-up bar features multiple grip positions (wide, hammer, close-grip) to target different muscle groups.

  • Pull-ups: Grip the bar with an overhand grip, hands wider than shoulder-width apart. Pull your body up until your chin clears the bar.
  • Chin-ups: Grip the bar with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart. Pull your body up until your chin clears the bar.
  • Hammer Grips: Use the neutral grips (palms facing each other) for a different muscle activation.

4.2 Dip Station Usage

The dip station allows for exercises targeting the chest, triceps, and core.

  • Dips: Grip the parallel bars, lift your body, and lower yourself by bending your elbows until your shoulders are below your elbows. Push back up to the starting position.
  • Leg Raises: Position your back against the backrest and grip the armrests. Lift your legs, keeping them straight or slightly bent, towards your chest.

4.3 Accessory Attachment

The pull-up bar includes three rings for attaching accessories such as TRX straps or a punching bag.

5. Maintenance

6. Troubleshooting
