4. Operating Instructions

This section details the various operating modes and functions of your air purifier.

4.1. Basic Operation

  • Power On/Off: Press the power button on the control panel to turn the unit on or off.
  • Mode Selection: Use the mode button to cycle through available modes such as "Air Purification," "Humidifying Air Purification," and "Powerful Shot."
  • Fan Speed: Adjust the fan speed manually or select an automatic mode.

4.2. Plasmacluster NEXT (50000)

The Plasmacluster NEXT technology releases high-density ions (50,000 ions/cm³) to purify the air, suppress airborne viruses, and reduce odors. This feature operates automatically in most modes.

4.3. Humidifying Function

When the humidifying function is active, the unit adds moisture to the air. Ensure the water tank is filled for this function to operate. The unit can humidify up to 930mL/h.

4.4. Plasmacluster Powerful Shot

This mode concentrates high-density Plasmacluster ions forward by closing the rear louvers. It is effective for intensive deodorization and sterilization of odors and bacteria on specific items like sofas or carpets.

4.5. AI and COCORO AIR Integration

The unit features AI integration through COCORO AIR, which learns usage patterns and analyzes regional air quality to provide optimal air environments. It can also provide information on air conditions and weather forecasts. The unit is compatible with smart speakers for voice control.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air purifier.

5.1. Pre-Filter Cleaning (Automatic)

This model features an automatic cleaning function for the pre-filter. A power brush collects dust from the pre-filter on the rear panel and deposits it into the dust box. Empty the dust box regularly when indicated by the unit.

5.2. Water Tank and Humidifying Filter

  • Water Tank: Clean the water tank regularly (daily or every few days) to prevent mold and bacterial growth. Rinse with clean water and wipe dry.
  • Humidifying Filter: Clean the humidifying filter as per the indicator or at least once a month. Remove the filter and wash it gently under running water. If heavily soiled, soak it in a mild detergent solution.

5.3. HEPA and Deodorizing Filters

The electrostatic HEPA filter and deodorizing filter are designed for long-term use and generally do not require frequent cleaning. Replace them according to the manufacturer's recommendations or when performance noticeably declines. Do not wash these filters.
