1. Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your TUXING TXED011 4500Psi Double Cylinder PCP Air Compressor. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the compressor to ensure proper function and to prevent injury or damage.
The TUXING TXED011 is a high-pressure air compressor designed for filling PCP air rifles, paintball tanks, and other high-pressure air equipment. It features a double-cylinder, two-stage compression system with both water and fan cooling for stable performance and efficient heat dissipation.

2. Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.
- Always inspect the outer packaging and the machine for any damage upon receipt.
- The compressor temperature must not exceed 85°C (185°F). Continuous running time should not exceed 45 minutes. Allow the unit to cool down between cycles.
- Before operation, ensure the breathing rod is installed and the oil cap is replaced. Add oil to the level of the red dot on the dipstick.
- When connecting the filter and hose, verify that the blue filter and hose are correctly assembled and there are no leaks.
- Due to transportation restrictions, silicone oil is not included. Users must prepare silicone oil separately for lubrication.
- The filling pressure must not exceed 300 Bar / 4500 PSI / 30 MPa.
- Never operate the machine without a properly set up external water cooling system. Ensure cooling water is prepared in an external bucket before starting.
- Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts.
- Operate in a well-ventilated area.
- Do not modify the compressor in any way.
3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the compressor from its packaging. Check all components against the packing list. Inspect the unit for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipping.
3.2 Adding Lubricating Oil
- Locate the oil filler cap and the breathing rod.
- Remove the oil filler cap and insert the breathing rod.
- Add appropriate silicone oil (not included) until the oil level reaches the red dot on the dipstick.
- Ensure the breathing rod is securely in place before operation.
3.3 Setting Up the Cooling System
The TXED011 requires an external water cooling system to operate safely. Prepare a bucket of clean water (approximately 10-15 liters) and connect the compressor's water inlet and outlet hoses to the bucket. Ensure the water pump is submerged and functioning correctly to circulate water through the compressor.

3.4 Connecting the Filling Hose and Filter
- Connect the filling hose to the compressor's output port.
- Ensure the inline filter (blue filter) is properly assembled with the filling hose to maintain air quality.
- Connect the other end of the filling hose to the tank or device you intend to fill.
- Verify all connections are tight and leak-free.
3.5 Power Connection
Connect the compressor to a standard 110V, 60Hz power outlet. Ensure the power source can handle the 2.2kW power requirement of the compressor.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Pre-Operation Checks
- Confirm oil level is correct.
- Verify water cooling system is active and circulating water.
- Ensure all hose connections are secure.
- Check that the tank to be filled is rated for the desired pressure and is securely connected.
4.2 Starting the Compressor
- Turn on the power switch. The compressor will begin to operate.
- Monitor the pressure gauge and the digital thermometer.
4.3 Filling Procedure and Monitoring
The compressor features a manual shut-off for precise control. Continuously monitor the pressure gauge. Once the desired pressure is reached (do not exceed 300 Bar / 4500 PSI), manually switch off the compressor.

Close-up of the compressor's double cylinder head, highlighting the water cooling design and approximate fill times for 0.5L and 6.8L tanks.
Approximate Fill Times:
- 0.5L tank from 0 to 300 Bar (4500 PSI): Approximately 3 minutes.
- 6.8L tank from 0 to 300 Bar (4500 PSI): Approximately 45 minutes.
During operation, ensure the compressor's temperature remains below 85°C. If the temperature approaches this limit, stop the compressor and allow it to cool down before resuming.
4.4 Shutting Down
- Once filling is complete, turn off the compressor's power switch.
- Slowly release any residual pressure in the hose before disconnecting.
- Disconnect the filling hose from the tank.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Oil Level and Replacement
Regularly check the oil level before each use. Replace the silicone oil periodically, or if it appears discolored or contaminated. Refer to the red dot on the dipstick for the correct oil level.
5.2 Filter Replacement
The inline filter (blue filter) and filter cotton are crucial for maintaining air quality. Replace the filter cotton regularly, especially if you notice reduced airflow or moisture in the output air. Spare filter cotton is typically included.

5.3 Cooling System Maintenance
Keep the external water bucket clean and ensure the water pump is free from debris. Periodically flush the water cooling system to prevent buildup. Ensure the fan cooling system is clear of obstructions.
5.4 General Cleaning
Keep the exterior of the compressor clean and free of dust and dirt. Use a dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor does not start | No power, faulty switch, motor issue | Check power connection, ensure switch is ON. If problem persists, contact support. |
| Low pressure output | Leaking connections, clogged filter, low oil | Check all connections for leaks, replace filter cotton, check and add oil. |
| Compressor overheats | Insufficient water cooling, prolonged operation, blocked fan | Ensure water cooling is adequate, allow unit to cool, clear fan obstructions. Do not exceed 45 minutes continuous operation. |
| Excessive noise | Loose parts, worn components | Inspect for loose bolts or components. If noise is unusual, discontinue use and contact support. |
