1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, installation, operation, and maintenance of your Mount-It! MI-2754 Quad Monitor Desk Mount. This mount is designed to support four monitors ranging from 13 to 32 inches, with VESA 75x75mm or 100x100mm mounting patterns. 2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Installation

Before installation, ensure your desk is sturdy enough to support the mount and four monitors. Clear the installation area of any obstructions.

4.1 Desk Mount Installation (C-Clamp or Grommet)

4.1.1 C-Clamp Installation

1. Attach the C-clamp bracket to the central pole.
2. Position the C-clamp on the edge of your desk.
3. Tighten the C-clamp screw until the mount is securely fastened to the desk. Ensure the desk thickness is between 0.4" and 3.5".

4.1.2 Grommet Installation

1. If your desk has a grommet hole, remove the grommet cover.
2. Insert the central pole through the grommet hole.
3. Attach the grommet base plate and tighten the nut from underneath the desk. Ensure the desk thickness is between 0.4" and 3".

4.2 Monitor Arm and VESA Plate Assembly

1. Attach the VESA plates to the back of each monitor using the provided screws. Select the correct screw length for your monitor.
2. Slide the monitor arms onto the central pole at your desired height. Secure them with the locking collars.
3. Carefully slide each monitor (with VESA plate attached) onto the corresponding monitor arm. Ensure the VESA plate clicks securely into place.
4. Tighten any security screws on the VESA plate to prevent accidental dislodging.

5. Operating and Adjustments

Once your monitors are installed, you can adjust them for optimal viewing comfort.

5.1 Height Adjustment

The monitor arms can be moved vertically along the central pole. Loosen the locking collar on each arm, slide the arm to the desired height, and then re-tighten the collar to secure it. The mount offers approximately 34.8 inches of height adjustment.

5.2 Tilt, Swivel, and Rotate

• Tilt: Each monitor can be tilted up to +/- 45 degrees to reduce glare and optimize viewing angles. Adjust the tilt mechanism on the VESA plate.
• Swivel: Monitors can swivel up to +/- 90 degrees at the arm joint and +/- 180 degrees at the VESA plate connection, allowing for flexible screen positioning.
• Rotate: Rotate your monitors +/- 180 degrees from landscape to portrait orientation as needed.

Note: Use the provided Allen wrenches to adjust the tension of the tilt and swivel joints if they are too loose or too stiff.

5.3 Cable Management

Utilize the integrated cable management clips along the monitor arms and central pole to route and conceal your monitor cables. This helps maintain a tidy workspace and prevents cable damage.

• Regular Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
