3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the printer from its packaging.
- Remove all protective tapes and packing materials from the exterior and interior of the printer. Refer to the quick setup guide for specific locations.
3.2 Physical Placement
Place the printer on a sturdy, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 178 pounds). Ensure adequate ventilation around the printer.

3.3 Power Connection
- Connect the power cord to the printer's power inlet.
- Plug the other end of the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the power button to turn on the printer.
3.4 Initial Configuration and Network Setup
Upon first power-on, the printer's user interface will guide you through initial setup steps, including language selection, date/time, and network configuration. The printer supports Ethernet connectivity.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Printing

5. Maintenance
5.1 Toner Cartridge Replacement
When a toner cartridge is low or empty, the printer's control panel will display a notification.
- Open the front cover of the printer.
- Locate the toner cartridge that needs replacement (Black, Cyan, Magenta, or Yellow).
- Grasp the handle of the cartridge and pull it straight out.
- Unpack the new toner cartridge and shake it gently to distribute the toner.
- Insert the new cartridge into the corresponding slot until it clicks into place.
- Close the front cover.
