Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the toaster and all accessories from the packaging. Remove any protective films or stickers.
  2. Placement: Place the toaster on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from curtains, walls, or other flammable materials. Ensure adequate ventilation around the toaster.
  3. First Use: Before toasting food for the first time, operate the toaster empty for a few cycles at the highest browning setting (level 6) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal and will dissipate. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Operating Instructions

Basic Toasting

  1. Plug the toaster into a suitable electrical outlet.
  2. Place one or two slices of bread, bagels, or other items into the toasting slots. Ensure items are centered for even toasting.
  3. Use the Up and Down arrow buttons on the control panel to select your desired browning level from 1 (lightest) to 6 (darkest). The selected level will be shown on the LED display.
  4. Press the toast lever down until it locks into place. The toasting cycle will begin.
  5. Once the selected browning level is reached, the toast will automatically pop up.

Special Functions

Using the Wire Warming Basket Attachment

The removable wire warming basket is designed for heating larger items like croissants, muffins, or rolls that cannot fit into the toasting slots.

  1. Place the warming basket securely on top of the toaster, ensuring it sits evenly over the toasting slots.
  2. Place the items you wish to warm on the basket.
  3. Set the browning level to a low setting (e.g., 1 or 2) and lower the toast lever to activate the heating elements.
  4. Monitor the items closely to prevent burning. The warming cycle is typically shorter than toasting.
  5. Once warmed, lift the toast lever to stop the heating and carefully remove the items from the basket.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your toaster.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the toaster from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Empty Crumb Tray: Pull out the removable crumb tray located at the bottom of the toaster. Discard crumbs and wipe the tray clean with a damp cloth. Ensure the tray is completely dry before reinserting it.

  1. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the toaster with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, a mild detergent can be used, but ensure no liquid enters the toasting slots. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as these can scratch the stainless steel finish.
  2. Internal Cleaning: Never insert utensils or fingers into the toasting slots. If food becomes lodged, unplug the toaster and carefully invert it to shake out the food.
