Setup and Installation
Unpacking
Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
Placement
Place the dispenser on a hard, level surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of clearance from the back and sides for proper ventilation.

Water Bottle Installation
The Primo hTRIO features a bottom-loading design.
- Open the lower cabinet door.
- Insert the probe into a new 3 or 5-gallon Primo water bottle.
- Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the door.

Priming the System
Before plugging in, dispense water from both the hot and cold spouts until water flows steadily. This ensures the tanks are filled and prevents damage to heating elements.

Plug the dispenser into a grounded 120V AC outlet.
Operating Instructions
Your Primo hTRIO Water Dispenser offers hot, cold, and K-Cup brewing functions.
Dispensing Cold Water
Place a cup under the cold water spout (blue lever). Press the blue lever to dispense cold water.
Dispensing Hot Water
Place a cup under the hot water spout (red lever). To dispense hot water, first slide the child safety lock (usually a button above the red lever) and then press the red lever.

K-Cup Coffee Brewing
- Open the top lid of the dispenser.
- Insert a K-Cup pod into the brewing chamber.
- Close the lid firmly.
- Select your desired brew size (6, 8, or 10 oz) using the buttons on the control panel.
- The dispenser will begin brewing.
- After brewing, remove the used K-Cup pod.

Reusable Coffee Filter
The dispenser includes a reusable coffee filter for use with your own coffee grounds. Follow the same brewing steps, replacing the K-Cup pod with the filled reusable filter.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular Cleaning
Wipe down the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth.
Drip Tray
The drip tray is removable and dishwasher-safe. Empty and clean it regularly to prevent overflow and maintain hygiene.
Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits may accumulate. Descale the hot water tank periodically using a food-grade descaling solution or a mixture of white vinegar and water. Follow the descaling product's instructions carefully.
Water Probe Cleaning
Periodically clean the water probe that enters the water bottle to ensure proper water flow and hygiene.
Troubleshooting
