2. Safety Information
- Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
- Ensure the exercise bike is placed on a stable, flat surface during use.
- Keep children and pets away from the device during operation.
- Do not stand on the pedals. This device is designed for seated use only.
- Check all parts for wear or damage before each use. Do not use if damaged.
- Exercise according to your own condition and do not over-exercise to avoid muscle strain.
3. Setup and Assembly
The himaly Mini Exercise Bike requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps to set up your device:
- Attach the Stabilizer Bars: Securely attach the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main body of the exercise bike using the provided screws and tools. Ensure they are firmly tightened to prevent wobbling.
- Install the Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal has a left-hand thread, meaning it tightens by turning counter-clockwise. The right pedal has a right-hand thread, tightening by turning clockwise. Thread each pedal into its corresponding crank arm by hand first, then use the provided wrench to tighten them securely. Incorrect pedal installation can lead to pedals falling off during use.
- Attach Pedal Straps: If not pre-attached, slide the pedal straps onto the pedals. Adjust the straps to comfortably fit your feet or hands.
- Place the Non-Slip Mat: For added stability and to protect your floor, place the included non-slip mat under the exercise bike.

4. Operating Instructions
The himaly Mini Exercise Bike can be used for both arm and leg exercises. Adjust the resistance and monitor your progress using the LCD display.
4.1. Leg Exercise
Place the exercise bike on a flat surface in front of your chair or sofa. Sit comfortably and place your feet into the pedal straps. Adjust the straps for a snug fit. Begin pedaling in a smooth, controlled motion. This is ideal for maintaining leg mobility and circulation.

4.2. Arm Exercise
Place the exercise bike on a sturdy table. Sit in front of it and place your hands into the pedal straps. Adjust the straps for a secure grip. Begin pedaling with your arms in a circular motion. This helps to strengthen arm muscles and improve upper body circulation.

4.3. Adjustable Resistance
The exercise bike features an adjustable resistance knob. Turn the knob clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance. Adjust the resistance to suit your fitness level and exercise goals.

4.4. LCD Display Functions
The multi-function LCD monitor displays various exercise metrics. Press the red button to cycle through the display modes:
- SCAN: Automatically cycles through all metrics.
- TIME: Displays the duration of your current workout.
- COUNT: Shows the total number of rotations during the current session.
- CALORIES: Estimates the calories burned during your workout.
- DISTANCE (unit: meter): Displays the estimated distance covered.
- T-COUNT: Displays the total accumulated count from all previous sessions.
To reset the current session's data (Time, Count, Calories, Distance), press and hold the red button for a few seconds until the values reset to zero. The T-COUNT will not reset.

4.5. Under Desk Use
When using the exercise bike under a desk, ensure there is adequate clearance. A height clearance of at least 13 inches from your knee to the underside of the table is recommended for comfortable and unobstructed pedaling.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the exercise bike with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the exercise bike in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Periodically check all nuts, bolts, and moving parts to ensure they are secure and functioning correctly. Tighten any loose components.
- Battery Replacement: If the LCD display becomes dim or unresponsive, replace the battery (typically a button cell battery, refer to the battery compartment for type).
6. Troubleshooting
- Pedals falling off: This is typically caused by incorrect installation. Remember that the left pedal (marked 'L') has a left-hand thread and tightens counter-clockwise. The right pedal (marked 'R') has a right-hand thread and tightens clockwise. Ensure both are threaded correctly and tightened securely with a wrench.
- Squeaking or unusual noises: Check all connections and moving parts for looseness. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to any friction points if necessary.
- LCD display not working: Check if the battery is correctly installed and has sufficient charge. Replace the battery if needed.
- Resistance not changing: Ensure the resistance knob is fully engaged and turning freely. If the issue persists, inspect the internal resistance mechanism for any obstructions.
