- Verify the input voltage is 12-24V DC. Do not use 110V AC directly.
- Ensure the LED strip and controller are connected with a common anode configuration.
- Controller Offline/Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is active and the controller is within range.
- Try resetting the controller: Unplug and replug the power adapter to the controller 4 times consecutively. This action typically resets the device to pairing mode.
- During app setup, temporarily disable your phone's mobile data to prevent interference with the Wi-Fi connection.
- If the issue persists, delete the device from the Magic Home Pro app and attempt the pairing process again.
- Flickering Lights:
- Ensure your LED strip lights are dimmable, as non-dimmable lights may flicker when controlled by a dimmer.
- Voice Control Not Working:
- Verify that your Magic Home Pro account is correctly linked to your Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant account.
- Check that the device name used in voice commands matches the name configured in your smart home assistant app.
