1. Introduction

Final Fantasy X tells the story of Tidus, a star blitzball player who journeys with a young and beautiful summoner named Yuna on her quest to save the world of Spira from an endless cycle of destruction wrought by the colossal menace known as “Sin”.

Final Fantasy X-2 returns to the world of Spira where High Summoner Yuna travels with her companions Rikku and Paine to unravel the mysteries of the messages hidden in the spheres she hunts, not knowing that the answers she seeks may change everything.

2. Setup

2.1 Game Installation

  1. Insert the Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster game card into your Nintendo Switch console.
  2. Final Fantasy X is included directly on the game card.
  3. To access Final Fantasy X-2, you will need to download it using the provided download code.
  4. To redeem the download code:
    • Select "Nintendo eShop" on the HOME Menu to launch the Nintendo eShop.
    • Select "Enter Code" on the left side of the screen.
    • Enter the 16-character download code.
    • Select "OK" to confirm.
    • The game will begin downloading once the code is confirmed.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Starting the Game

From the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu, select the Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster icon to launch the game. On the main menu, you can select which game you wish to play: Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X-2, or other bonus content.
