Operating Instructions

Setting User Codes

1. Locate the programming button on the interior assembly (usually found under the battery cover).
2. Press the programming button. The keypad will illuminate.
3. Enter your desired new user code (4-10 digits).
4. Press the Lock/Unlock button. The lock will confirm with a beep and/or green light.
5. Test the new code to ensure it functions correctly.

Locking and Unlocking

• To Unlock: Enter your valid user code on the keypad, then press the Lock/Unlock button once.
• To Lock: Press the Lock/Unlock button once. The deadbolt will extend.
• Automatic Locking: If enabled, the lock will automatically engage after a set period (10-99 seconds) once the door is closed.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement

The lock requires 4 AA batteries (not included). When the batteries are low, the lock may emit a warning sound or light. Replace all four batteries simultaneously for optimal performance.

3. Insert new AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
