Setup Instructions

1. Prepare Device Surface: Use the included alcohol cleaning wipe to clean the back of your smartphone or its case where the MagicPlate will be applied. Allow the surface to dry completely.
2. Apply Protective Film: For direct application to your device, apply the clear protective film to the cleaned area. This aids in easy MagicPlate removal later. If using a case, the film is optional.
3. Attach MagicPlate: Peel the adhesive backing from the chosen MagicPlate (Large or Round). Apply the MagicPlate firmly to the center of the protective film on your device, or directly to your device case. Ensure it is flat and secure.
4. Install Vent Mount: Gently push the vent mount clips onto a suitable vent slat in your vehicle. Ensure the mount is securely seated and does not obstruct airflow or vehicle controls.

Operating Instructions

1. Attaching Your Device: Once the MagicPlate is attached to your device and the mount is installed, simply hover your device near the magnetic head of the mount. The strong magnets will automatically secure your device in place.
2. Adjusting Viewing Angle: The MagicMount Elite features a 4-axis, 360-degree adjustable dual-pivot system. This allows you to easily tilt, rotate, and swivel your device to achieve your preferred viewing angle, whether in portrait or landscape orientation.

• Device Not Holding Securely:
  • Ensure the MagicPlate is correctly positioned on your device or case.
  • Verify that there are no obstructions (e.g., thick phone cases, pop sockets) between the MagicPlate and the mount's magnetic surface.
  • Clean the magnetic surface of the mount and the MagicPlate to remove any dust or residue.
• Mount Not Staying in Vent:
  • Ensure the vent clips are fully inserted onto a sturdy vent slat.
  • Check if your vehicle's vent slats are compatible with the mount's design.
  • Avoid placing excessive weight on the mount.
