3. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heated mattress pad and controllers from the packaging.
2. Placement: Lay the mattress pad flat on your mattress with the connector cords positioned at the foot of the bed. Ensure the pad is spread evenly.

3. Secure Fit: The all-around elastic deep pocket is designed to fit mattresses up to 21 inches thick, ensuring a snug and secure fit.
4. Connect Controllers: Connect the controller(s) to the mattress pad. For Queen and King sizes, two controllers are provided for dual-zone temperature control. Ensure connections are secure.

5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord(s) directly into a 120V AC wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips. The controller cord is 12ft and the power cord is 6ft.

4. Operating Instructions

Using the Digital Controller:

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the mattress pad on or off.
2. Adjust Heat Settings: Use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrow buttons to select your desired heat level from 1 to 20.
3. Pre-Heat Function: Press the 'Pre-Heat' button to quickly warm the bed. The display will show 'P' (or '6' as an inverted 'P' on some models) during pre-heat.
4. Set Auto Shut-Off Timer: Use the 'Timer' button to set the automatic shut-off time from 1 to 10 hours.
5. Dual Zone Control: For Queen and King sizes, each side of the bed has its own controller, allowing you and your partner to set individual comfort levels.

• Controller Not Working: If a controller stops working, ensure it is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not an extension cord. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection, then unplug the cord from the mattress pad itself. Re-plug the cord into the mattress pad securely, then re-insert the power cord back into the wall outlet. This reset procedure must be followed in order.
• Not Feeling Warmth: The heated mattress pad is designed to provide gentle warmth. You may not feel significant heat by hand alone. The warmth is more noticeable when your body weight is on the pad. Allow 5-10 minutes for the pad to warm up after activation.
• Uneven Heating: Ensure the mattress pad is spread evenly on the bed and not bunched up.
