2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using the oven.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 10-15 cm) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place it near flammable materials like curtains or walls.
- Power Connection: Ensure the power outlet matches the oven's voltage requirements (220-240V, 50/60Hz). Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the interior and accessories with a damp cloth. Run the oven empty for about 10-15 minutes at maximum temperature (230°C) with the function selector set to "Top & Bottom" to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this process; ensure the area is well-ventilated.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Controls Overview
- Temperature Knob: Located at the top right. Use to set the desired cooking temperature from 100°C to 230°C.
- Function Selector Knob: Located in the middle right. Use to select the heating mode:
- OFF: Oven is off.
- Top Heating: Only the upper heating elements are active. Ideal for browning or grilling.
- Bottom Heating: Only the lower heating elements are active. Ideal for baking bases or slow cooking.
- Top & Bottom Heating: Both upper and lower heating elements are active. Standard setting for most baking and roasting.
- Convection Function: This oven includes a convection fan for even heat distribution. When a heating function is selected, the convection fan will operate automatically to circulate hot air, ensuring more uniform cooking and faster results.
- Timer Knob: Located at the bottom right. Use to set the cooking duration from 0 to 60 minutes. The oven will automatically turn off and sound an alarm when the set time expires. For continuous operation, turn the timer past the 60-minute mark to the "Stay On" position (if available, otherwise set to max time and monitor).
5.2. General Operation
- Place food on the baking plate or wire rack. Use the plate handle to insert and remove accessories safely.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Set the desired temperature using the Temperature Knob.
- Select the appropriate heating function using the Function Selector Knob.
- Set the desired cooking time using the Timer Knob. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the oven is operating.
- When the set time elapses, the oven will automatically turn off and an audible alarm will sound.
- Carefully remove the cooked food using oven mitts and the provided plate handle.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
- Interior: For spills and splatters, wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for conventional ovens can be used, following the product's instructions. Ensure all cleaner residue is wiped away before next use.
- Accessories: The baking plate, wire rack, and plate handle can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reusing.
- Crumb Tray: Regularly remove and clean the crumb tray to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards.
- Do NOT immerse the oven body, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
7. Troubleshooting
