  • Keep the oven away from flammable materials, curtains, and other heat-sensitive objects.
  • Ensure the power cord is not pinched or in contact with hot surfaces.

Initial Cleaning

  • Before first use, wipe the interior of the oven and all accessories (baking tray, wire rack, rotisserie spit) with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

5. Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Interior: Wipe the interior surfaces with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. For stubborn stains, a specialized oven cleaner suitable for electric ovens can be used, following the product's instructions. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
  • Exterior: Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as these can scratch the stainless steel finish.
  • Accessories: The baking tray, wire rack, rotisserie spit, and crumb tray can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reusing.
  • Do not immerse the oven unit, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
