5. Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Interior: Wipe the interior surfaces with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. For stubborn stains, a specialized oven cleaner suitable for electric ovens can be used, following the product's instructions. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
- Exterior: Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as these can scratch the stainless steel finish.
- Accessories: The baking tray, wire rack, rotisserie spit, and crumb tray can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reusing.
- Do not immerse the oven unit, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
Storage
Ensure the oven is clean and dry before storing. Store the oven in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
