General Operation:

  1. Place food on the baking tray.
  2. Insert the baking tray into the desired rack position inside the oven.
  3. Close the oven door securely.
  4. Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature (100°C - 230°C).
  5. Select Function: Turn the Function Selector Knob to choose one of the following heating modes:
    • OFF: Oven is off.
    • Top Heating: Heat comes only from the upper heating elements. Ideal for browning or grilling.
    • Bottom Heating: Heat comes only from the lower heating elements. Ideal for gentle cooking or reheating.
    • Top & Bottom Heating: Heat comes from both upper and lower heating elements. Standard baking and roasting.
    • Note: The convection fan operates automatically with Top & Bottom Heating for even heat distribution.
  6. Set Timer: Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The power indicator light will illuminate.
    • To cook for longer than 60 minutes, you can set the timer to "Stay On" (usually indicated by a bell symbol or specific mark past 60 minutes) and monitor cooking manually. Remember to turn the timer to "OFF" when cooking is complete.
  7. When the set time elapses, the oven will automatically turn off and an alarm will sound.
  8. Carefully open the oven door and use the tray handle to remove the hot baking tray.
  9. Always turn all control knobs to the "OFF" position and unplug the oven after use.

Using the Convection Function:

The convection function circulates hot air within the oven, resulting in faster and more even cooking. It is automatically engaged when "Top & Bottom Heating" is selected. Adjust cooking times and temperatures as needed, often reducing them by 10-15% compared to conventional baking.
