3. Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and check for any damage. Keep packaging for future storage or transport.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash the mixing bowl and all attachments (kneading hook, balloon whisk) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The mixing bowl and attachments are dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the mixer on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure the anti-slip feet are securely gripping the countertop.
- Attaching the Bowl: Place the stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base and turn it clockwise until it locks into position.
- Attaching an Accessory: Lift the mixer head. Select the desired attachment (kneading hook or balloon whisk) and insert it into the accessory shaft. Turn it slightly until it locks into place. Lower the mixer head until it clicks.
- Power Connection: Ensure the speed control knob is set to '0' (off) before plugging the appliance into a suitable power outlet (230 Volts).
4. Operating Instructions
- Adding Ingredients: With the mixer head raised or lowered, add your ingredients to the mixing bowl. Do not overfill the bowl beyond its maximum capacity.
- Selecting Speed: Turn the rotary knob to select one of the 10 available speeds. Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing.
- Mixing: Allow the mixer to operate until the desired consistency is achieved. The planetary mixing action ensures thorough blending of ingredients.
- Stopping Operation: Turn the rotary knob back to '0' to stop the mixer.
- Removing Ingredients/Attachments: Unplug the mixer. Lift the mixer head. Carefully remove the attachment by turning it slightly and pulling it down. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula if necessary. Remove the mixing bowl by turning it counter-clockwise.
