Operating Instructions
1. Starting the Engine
- Ensure the fuel valve is open and the engine switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Move the choke lever to the 'CHOKE' position (if the engine is cold).
- Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
- Once started, gradually move the choke lever to the 'RUN' position.
2. Using Quick-Connect Nozzles
The pressure washer comes with 5 quick-connect nozzles for various cleaning tasks. To change a nozzle, pull back the collar on the spray gun wand, insert the desired nozzle, and release the collar to lock it in place. Always ensure the nozzle is securely seated before operating.
- 0° (Red): Pin-point stream for tough, concentrated cleaning. Use with caution.
- 15° (Yellow): Narrow spray for intense cleaning of small areas.
- 25° (Green): Wider spray for general cleaning tasks.
- 40° (White): Widest spray for gentle cleaning and rinsing.
- Soap (Black): Low-pressure spray for applying detergent.

Video 2: This video demonstrates the quick-connect nozzle system and shows the spray angle effect of different nozzles, including soap application.
3. Applying Detergent
To apply detergent, ensure the soap nozzle (black) is installed. The pressure washer will automatically draw detergent from the on-board tank at low pressure. After applying detergent, switch to a high-pressure nozzle (e.g., 25° or 40°) to rinse the surface thoroughly.
4. Shutting Down
- Turn the engine switch to the 'OFF' position.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
- Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.
- Air Filter: Clean the air filter every 50 hours of use, or more frequently in dusty conditions. Refer to the engine manual for specific cleaning instructions.
- Engine Oil: Check engine oil level before each use. Change oil after the first 5 hours, then every 50 hours or annually.
- Spark Plug: Inspect and clean the spark plug annually. Replace if necessary.
- Fuel System: Drain the fuel system if storing for extended periods (over 30 days) to prevent fuel degradation.
- Pump Care: Use a pump protector/stabilizer if storing the unit in freezing temperatures or for extended periods.
