1. Place the Main Unit: Position the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. Assemble the Food Processor Bowl:
   • Place the food processor bowl onto the motor base, aligning the handle with the locking mechanism on the right side of the base.
   • Rotate the bowl clockwise until it clicks securely into place.
3. Insert Accessories:
   • For chopping/mixing: Place the multifunction knife onto the central shaft inside the bowl.
   • For kneading: Attach the dough arm to the central shaft.
   • For slicing/grating: Place the disc holder onto the central shaft, then place the desired slicing or grating disc onto the disc holder.
   • For whisking: Attach the whisk to the central shaft.
4. Secure the Lid: Place the lid onto the bowl, aligning the tab on the lid with the slot on the bowl handle. Rotate the lid clockwise until it locks into place. The appliance will not operate unless the bowl and lid are correctly locked.
5. Blender Assembly: If using the blender, ensure the blade assembly is securely attached to the bottom of the blender jug. Place the jug onto the motor base and twist to lock.

5. Operating Instructions

The Bosch MultiTalent 8 features an electronic speed dimmer with LED and a pulse function for precise control.

5.1 General Operation

Chopping, Slicing, and Grating

Use the Supercut multifunction knife for chopping or the reversible slicing/grating discs with the disc holder. Add ingredients to the bowl. For slicing and grating, use the pusher to guide ingredients through the feed tube. Start with a lower speed and increase as needed.

Juicing

Attach the Bosch juicer accessory. Place a container under the spout. Press citrus halves onto the reamer to extract juice.
