Setup

1. Battery Installation

Open the battery compartment on the underside of the monitor. Insert four AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.

2. Initial User Programming

  1. Press the SET button to begin programming.
  2. Use the UP or DOWN arrow buttons to select a personal data number (1-5). Press SET to confirm.
  3. Enter your age, gender, and height using the arrow buttons and confirming each with SET.
  4. The monitor will display "0.0" or "0.00" indicating it is ready for measurement.

Repeat this process for up to five users. The monitor's Auto Recognition feature will identify users based on their weight and impedance after initial setup.

Operating Instructions

Taking a Measurement

  1. Place the monitor on a hard, flat surface.
  2. Step onto the monitor with bare feet, ensuring your feet are positioned on the metallic electrodes. Stand still.
  3. The monitor will automatically turn on and display your weight. If you have programmed your data, it will recognize you and proceed to measure your body composition.
  4. Remain on the scale until all measurements are displayed. The monitor will cycle through the 9 body composition values.
  5. Step off the monitor. The results will be displayed for a few seconds before the monitor turns off automatically.

Guest Mode

For a single measurement without storing personal data, press the GUEST button before stepping on the scale. You will need to enter your age, gender, and height for each guest measurement.

Recalling Previous Measurements

Press the RECALL button to view previous measurements for programmed users. Use the arrow keys to navigate through stored data.

Battery Replacement

When the battery indicator appears on the display, replace all four AA batteries with new ones. Remove batteries if the unit will not be used for an extended period.
