4. Installation Guide

Important: This is not a plug-and-play system. Basic installation knowledge is required. The installation involves making standard wiring connections within your vehicle. MPC provides a downloadable installation tip sheet with specific wire colors and locations for your vehicle model.

4.1. Preparation

4.2. Wiring Connections

Follow the detailed instructions provided in your vehicle-specific tip sheet for all wiring connections. This includes connecting the remote start module and the immobilizer bypass module to the vehicle's electrical system. The immobilizer module will temporarily override the vehicle's immobilizer system only during remote start operation.

4.3. Module Programming

The firmware for your vehicle is preloaded onto the module. Follow the tip sheet for any necessary programming steps to synchronize the module with your vehicle's system and the remote controls.
