1.1 What's in the Box

1.2 Charging Your Earphones
Before initial use, fully charge your BeatsX earphones. Connect the Lightning to USB-A charging cable to the charging port on the earphones and then to a USB power source.
- A full charge provides up to 8 hours of listening time.
- The Fast Fuel feature allows for 2 hours of playback from a 5-minute charge when the battery is low.
1.3 Pairing with Your Device
1.3.1 Pairing with iOS Devices (Apple W1 Chip)
- Ensure your iOS device's Bluetooth is enabled.
- Hold your BeatsX earphones near your unlocked iOS device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect. The Apple W1 chip enables seamless pairing and switching between iCloud-connected devices.
1.3.2 Pairing with Android and Other Bluetooth Devices
- Press and hold the power button on your BeatsX earphones for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "BeatsX" from the list of available devices.
- Confirm the pairing.
1.4 Selecting Eartips
The BeatsX earphones come with four size options for eartips. Choose the size that provides a comfortable and secure fit for optimal sound quality and noise isolation.

2. Operating Your BeatsX Earphones
2.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator turns off.
2.2 Using RemoteTalk Controls
The RemoteTalk cable allows you to control music, manage calls, and activate voice assistants.
- Play/Pause Music: Press the center button once.
- Skip Track Forward: Press the center button twice.
- Skip Track Backward: Press the center button three times.
- Answer/End Call: Press the center button once during a call.
- Activate Siri or Voice Assistant: Press and hold the center button.
- Volume Up: Press the top volume button.
- Volume Down: Press the bottom volume button.

2.3 Wearing Your Earphones
The Flex-Form cable is designed for comfort and flexibility. Place the neckband around your neck and insert the earbuds into your ears. Adjust the cable for a secure and comfortable fit. The magnetic earbuds can clasp together for easy storage around your neck when not in use.

3. Maintenance
3.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the earphones and eartips with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
- Remove eartips periodically and clean them with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
3.2 Storage
When not in use, store your BeatsX earphones in a clean, dry place. The Flex-Form cable allows for easy coiling and portability. The magnetic earbuds help prevent tangling.

3.3 Battery Care
- Avoid exposing the earphones to extreme temperatures.
- Charge the earphones regularly, even if not used frequently, to maintain battery health.
4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Earphones Not Powering On
- Ensure the earphones are charged. Connect them to the charging cable and a power source.
- Press and hold the power button firmly for a few seconds.
4.2 Cannot Pair with Device
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Ensure the earphones are in pairing mode (LED indicator flashing).
- Move the earphones closer to your device.
- Try forgetting "BeatsX" from your device's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.
4.3 No Sound or Poor Sound Quality
- Check the volume levels on both your earphones and your connected device.
- Ensure the earphones are properly seated in your ears and that the eartips provide a good seal.
- Clean the eartips and speaker grilles to remove any debris.
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth connection.
4.4 Resetting Your BeatsX Earphones
If you experience persistent issues, you may need to reset your earphones:
- Press and hold both the power button and the volume down button for 10 seconds.
- Release the buttons when the LED indicator flashes.
- Your earphones are now reset and will need to be re-paired with your devices.
