Setup and Installation
Installing the Push Button (Transmitter)
The push button is designed for outdoor use and is IP44 waterproof. It comes with a replaceable 23A 12V alkaline battery.
- Choose a suitable location for your push button, such as near your front door. Avoid installing it directly on metal doors, as this can interfere with the wireless signal.
- Clean the surface where you intend to mount the push button.
- You can install the push button using either the provided double-sided tape or screws.
- Using Double-Sided Tape: Peel off the protective film from one side of the tape and attach it to the back of the push button. Peel off the other side and firmly press the push button onto the desired surface for at least 30 seconds.
- Using Screws: Open the back cover of the push button. Mark the screw holes on the wall, drill pilot holes if necessary, and secure the back cover with the provided screws. Then, snap the push button onto the secured back cover.

Installing the Receiver
The receivers are plug-in units and do not require batteries.
- Plug the receiver into a standard AC power socket in a location where you can easily hear the chime.
- Avoid placing receivers near large metal objects, refrigerators, microwaves, or other high-power appliances, as these can interfere with the signal.

Choosing Your Tune
The doorbell offers 60 different melodies. Follow these steps to select your preferred tune:

Adjusting the Volume
The receiver has 5 adjustable volume levels (0dB to 110dB), including a silent mode.
- Plug in the receiver.
- Press the Volume Button on the receiver to cycle through the volume levels.
- Continue pressing until you reach your desired volume. The silent mode (0dB) will only activate the LED flash.
Pairing and Re-pairing
Your doorbell set is pre-paired at the factory. If pairing fails or you wish to customize your system, follow these steps:
- To Clear Existing Pairing: Do not plug in the receiver. Press and hold the Volume Button, then plug in the power while still holding the button. The LED light will illuminate, indicating that previous pairings have been cleared.
- To Pair a Transmitter:
- Plug in the receiver.
- Press the Music Button on the receiver to select your desired tone for this transmitter.
- Press and hold the Volume Button on the receiver until its LED lights up.
- While the receiver's LED is lit, immediately press the button on the transmitter (push button). The receiver's LED should flash, confirming successful pairing.
- Repeat the pairing process for any additional transmitters, selecting a different tone for each if you wish to distinguish between them.
Distinguishing Front and Rear Doors
To differentiate between multiple entry points, you can assign a unique chime to each push button.
- During the pairing process (as described above), select a distinct melody for each push button you wish to differentiate.
- When a specific push button is pressed, all paired receivers will ring with its assigned tone, allowing you to identify which door a visitor is at.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement (Push Button)
The push button uses a 23A 12V alkaline battery, which typically lasts up to 3 years. When the push button's performance degrades, it may be time to replace the battery.
- Carefully open the back cover of the push button using a small screwdriver or similar tool.
- Remove the old 23A 12V battery.
- Insert a new 23A 12V alkaline battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the back cover securely.
Cleaning
Wipe the doorbell units with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the units in water.
Troubleshooting
- Doorbell not ringing or inconsistent: Ensure the receiver is plugged in and powered. Check the push button battery. Re-pair the transmitter and receiver if necessary.
- Reduced wireless range: Metal objects or thick walls can interfere with the signal. Try relocating the receiver or push button to minimize obstructions. Ensure the push button is not mounted directly on a metal door.
- Chime not changing: Follow the "Choosing Your Tune" instructions carefully. If issues persist, try clearing the pairing and re-pairing the units.
Important Notes and Suggestions
- Metal doors can interfere with the wireless signal and shorten the transmission range. Avoid installing the transmitter directly on a metal door.
- Place the receiver in areas away from refrigerators, microwaves, and other high-power appliances to prevent signal interference.
- Although the transmitter is IP44 waterproof, installing a waterproof cover is recommended for long-term use and protection against extreme weather conditions.
