Setup

Charging the Toothbrushes

Place both the Midnight Black and Optic White toothbrushes onto the Dual Wireless Charging Dock. Connect the charging dock to a power outlet. The indicator lights on the toothbrushes will illuminate to confirm charging. A full charge typically provides up to 30 days of battery life.

Attaching Brush Heads

Align the brush head with the metal shaft on the toothbrush handle. Gently push down until the brush head clicks securely into place. Ensure a firm connection before use.

Operating

Power On/Off and Mode Selection

Press the power button to turn the toothbrush on. Press the mode button repeatedly to cycle through the available brushing modes:

• Clean: Standard brushing mode for daily plaque removal.
• Whiten: Designed to help remove daily surface stains for a brighter smile.
• Massage: Delivers vibrating microbursts to gently stimulate gums.

The toothbrush will remember your last used mode for convenience.

Smart Timer

Each toothbrush features a built-in smart timer. It will pause briefly every 30 seconds to signal you to move to a different quadrant of your mouth, ensuring a thorough cleaning. The toothbrush will automatically shut off after 2 minutes, indicating the completion of the recommended brushing time.

Sonic Technology

The 40,000 VPM (Vibrations Per Minute) motor provides powerful sonic vibrations that effectively remove up to 10 times more plaque than a manual toothbrush, reaching deep between teeth and along the gumline.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Toothbrush

After each use, rinse the brush head thoroughly under running water. Wipe the handle with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the entire toothbrush handle in water, as it is only IPX7 waterproof (protected against temporary immersion).

Replacing Brush Heads

For optimal hygiene and performance, it is recommended to replace brush heads every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. Simply pull the old brush head off the handle and push a new one into place.

Troubleshooting

Toothbrush not turning on

• Ensure the toothbrush is fully charged. Place it on the charging dock and check the indicator light.
• Press the power button firmly.

Reduced vibration

• The battery might be low. Place the toothbrush on the charging dock for a full charge.
• The brush head might be worn out. Replace it with a new DuPont brush head.

Difficulty attaching/detaching brush head

• Ensure the brush head is aligned correctly with the metal shaft. Apply gentle, firm pressure.
• If stuck, try twisting slightly while pulling/pushing.

Water leakage
