1. Safety Information

3. Setup Instructions

3.1. Window Mount Installation

  1. Attach the Tablet Holder to the Suction Cup Mount: Align the ball joint of the suction cup mount with the socket on the back of the adjustable tablet holder. Push them together until they click into place. Tighten the locking ring to secure the connection.
  2. Clean the Mounting Surface: Choose a clean, smooth, and flat area on your windshield. Ensure the surface is free of dust, dirt, and grease.
  3. Position the Suction Cup: Press the suction cup firmly against the chosen surface.
  4. Engage the Suction Lock: Flip the lever on the suction cup base downwards to create a strong vacuum seal. Ensure the mount is securely attached and does not wobble.
  5. Adjust the Angle: Loosen the adjustment knob on the suction cup arm to set the desired viewing angle. Tighten the knob firmly once the angle is set.

3.2. Headrest Mount Installation

  1. Attach the Tablet Holder to the Headrest Mount: Similar to the suction cup mount, align the ball joint of the headrest mount with the socket on the back of the adjustable tablet holder. Push them together and tighten the locking ring.
  2. Position the Headrest Mount: Open the clamps of the headrest mount and position them around one of the metal posts of the car's headrest.
  3. Secure the Mount: Tighten the screw system on the headrest mount until it is firmly secured to the headrest post. Ensure it does not slide or rotate freely.
  4. Adjust the Angle: Loosen the adjustment knob on the headrest mount arm to set the desired viewing angle for the rear passenger. Tighten the knob firmly once the angle is set.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Inserting a Tablet

  1. Gently pull apart the adjustable arms of the tablet holder.
  2. Carefully place your tablet into the holder, ensuring it is centered and the arms securely grip the device without obstructing buttons or ports. The holder is compatible with tablets up to 12 inches.
  3. Release the arms slowly to allow them to clamp onto the tablet. Verify that the tablet is held firmly.

4.2. Adjusting and Rotating the Tablet

  • Angle Adjustment: Loosen the adjustment knob on the mounting arm to tilt the tablet to your preferred viewing angle. Tighten the knob to lock it in place.
  • 360° Rotation: The tablet holder allows for full 360-degree rotation. Simply rotate the tablet to switch between portrait and landscape orientation as needed. No knob adjustment is required for rotation.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the holder with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the plastic.
  • Suction Cup Care: If the suction cup loses its grip, clean it with warm, soapy water and let it air dry. This can restore its adhesive properties.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, detach the holder from the car and store it in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Holder not staying attached to windshield:
    • Ensure the windshield surface is clean and dry.
    • Press the suction cup firmly against the surface before engaging the lever.
    • Check if the suction cup lever is fully engaged.
    • Clean the suction cup with water to remove any dust or debris.
  • Tablet not fitting securely:
    • Verify your tablet's screen size is within the 12-inch maximum limit.
    • Ensure the tablet is centered between the adjustable arms.
    • Check for any obstructions preventing the arms from closing fully.
  • Holder wobbles or moves:
    • Tighten all adjustment knobs and locking rings firmly.
    • For headrest mount, ensure the screw system is fully tightened around the headrest post.
