Setup and Installation

1. Battery Installation:

  1. Gently twist the back cover of the light counter-clockwise to open.
  2. Insert 3 C-Cell batteries (not included) into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Replace the back cover by twisting clockwise until secure.

2. Mounting the Light:

The light can be installed using the provided screws. Choose a suitable indoor location on a wood surface or wall.

  1. Position the light's base on the desired surface.
  2. Mark the locations for the two mounting screws through the designated holes on the base.
  3. Drill pilot holes if necessary, then secure the light's base using the provided screws.
  4. Ensure the light is firmly attached to the surface.

Operating Instructions

Using the Remote Control:

The included 24-key remote control allows for comprehensive management of the light's functions from up to 20 feet away.

  • Power On/Off: Press the ON or OFF buttons.
  • Color Selection: Choose from 12 preset colors by pressing the corresponding color buttons.
  • Dimming: Use the brightness adjustment buttons (+ / -) to increase or decrease light intensity.
  • Lighting Modes: Select from four dynamic modes:
    • FLASH: Rapid color cycling.
    • STROBE: Quick, intermittent flashes of a single color.
    • FADE: Smooth transition between colors.
    • SMOOTH: Gradual, continuous color change.
  • Timer Function: Set the light to turn off automatically after 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours using the dedicated timer buttons.

Manual Operation (Tap Lens Switch):

The light can also be operated manually by pressing the tap lens switch located on the light fixture.

  • Short Press: Cycles through Warm White, Red, Green, Blue, and Off.
  • Long Press: Adjusts brightness when in Warm White mode.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement:

When the light appears dim or unresponsive, it's time to replace the batteries. Each light requires 3 C-Cell batteries.

  1. Twist the back cover counter-clockwise to open the battery compartment.
  2. Remove the old batteries and dispose of them responsibly.
  3. Insert new 3 C-Cell batteries, observing correct polarity.
  4. Securely close the back cover by twisting clockwise.

Cleaning:

To clean the light fixture, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
