Setup

1. Battery Installation

1. Twist the top section of the mill counter-clockwise to separate it from the clear acrylic chambers.
2. Locate the battery compartment. The mill requires 6 x AA batteries (not included).
3. Insert the batteries according to the polarity markings (+/-) inside the compartment.
4. Align the top section with the clear chambers and twist clockwise to secure.

2. Filling the Chambers

1. With the top section removed, you will see two separate clear acrylic chambers.
2. Fill one chamber with salt (e.g., coarse sea salt or Himalayan salt) and the other with whole peppercorns.
3. Avoid overfilling to prevent spillage when reattaching the top section.
4. Carefully reattach the top section by aligning and twisting clockwise until secure.

Operating Instructions

1. Grinding Salt or Pepper

• Identify the 'S' button for salt and the 'P' button for pepper on the side of the mill.
• Hold the mill over your food or dish.
• Press and hold the desired button ('S' or 'P') to activate the grinding mechanism. Release the button to stop grinding.

2. Adjusting Grind Size

• The mill features an adjustable ceramic grinder.
• To adjust the grind size (fine to coarse), locate the adjustment mechanism at the bottom of the mill (underneath the clear chambers).
• Turn the adjustment knob or ring to your desired setting. Turning clockwise typically results in a finer grind, while counter-clockwise results in a coarser grind.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• To clean, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
• For the grinding mechanism, use a small brush to remove any residual salt or pepper.
