Setup & Pairing

Follow these steps to connect your headset to your device:

1. Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function Button until the LED indicator flashes blue.
2. Pairing Mode: The headset will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by alternating red and blue flashes on the LED.
3. Enable Bluetooth: On your smartphone, tablet, or laptop, go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
4. Select Device: Look for "G3" in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
5. Confirmation: Once successfully paired, the LED will flash blue slowly, and you will hear a voice prompt confirming the connection.

Dual Device Pairing: The headset can connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. After pairing with the first device, disable its Bluetooth. Then, pair the headset with the second device. Once the second device is paired, re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The headset should automatically connect to both.

Wearing the Headset

The ICOMTOFIT headset is designed for comfort and versatility:

• Ergonomic Design: The retractable ear hook and flip-boom arm swivel and rotate for a secure and comfortable fit in either ear.
• Adjustable Fit: The ear hook is extendable to accommodate a wide range of ear shapes.

Basic Operations

Control your calls and music with ease:

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the Multi-function Button.
• Answer/End Call: Short press the Multi-function Button.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function Button for 2 seconds.
• Redial Last Call: Double-press the Multi-function Button.
• Play/Pause Music: Short press the Multi-function Button.
• Volume Up/Next Track: Short press the '+' button for volume up, long press for next track.
• Volume Down/Previous Track: Short press the '-' button for volume down, long press for previous track.
• Mute/Unmute: Short press the Mute/Siri Button during a call.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google): Long press the Mute/Siri Button.

Charging & Battery Life

To charge your headset, connect the provided USB cable to the Type-C port on the headset and a power source. The LED indicator will show red during charging and turn blue when fully charged.

• Charging Time: Approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.
• Talk Time: Up to 8-10 hours.
• Music Play Time: Up to 8 hours.
• Standby Time: Up to 7.5 days (180 hours).
• Battery Indication: Voice alerts will inform you of the battery level.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your headset, try the following solutions:

• Headset not turning on: Ensure the headset is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and check the LED indicator.
• Cannot pair with device:
  • Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (alternating red/blue LED).
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Clear all old Bluetooth connections on your device and try pairing again.
  • Move the headset closer to your device.
• Poor audio quality:
  • Ensure the headset is within the 33-foot operating range of your device.
  • Check for obstructions between the headset and your device.
  • Ensure the headset is fully charged.
  • Adjust the volume on both the headset and your connected device.
• Voice assistant not responding: Ensure the headset is connected and you are long-pressing the Mute/Siri Button. Check your device's settings for voice assistant activation.
