Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all parts except the motor base in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. The work bowl, lid, multi-purpose blade, and whisk accessory are dishwasher safe (top rack only).
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and level surface.
- Align the 5 Cup Work Bowl with the motor base and twist it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Carefully place the desired accessory (Multi-Purpose Blade or Whisk Accessory) onto the drive pin inside the work bowl. Ensure it sits firmly.
- Add your ingredients to the work bowl. Do not overfill.
- Place the Lid with Drizzle Basin onto the work bowl and twist it clockwise until it locks securely. The appliance will not operate unless the lid is properly locked.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Your food chopper features two speeds and a pulse function for precise control over your ingredients.
Chop and Puree
- Ensure the Multi-Purpose Blade is installed and the work bowl and lid are securely locked.
- Add ingredients to the work bowl.
- Slide the control lever to the 'Chop' setting for continuous low-speed operation, or to 'Pulse' for high-speed bursts.
- Press and hold the tab on top of the handle to activate the blade. Release to stop.
- For coarse results, use short pulses. For finer results or pureeing, hold the tab for longer durations.

Whisking and Whipping
- Install the Whisk Accessory onto the drive pin.
- Add ingredients such as heavy cream or egg whites to the work bowl.
- Secure the lid.
