General Operation:
- Ensure the food processor is correctly assembled and plugged in.
- Add ingredients to the work bowl or through the 2-in-1 feed tube.
- Select the desired speed:
- LOW: For softer ingredients or when precise control is needed.
- HIGH: For harder ingredients or faster processing.
- PULSE: For short bursts of power, ideal for chopping or when you need to control consistency. Press and hold for continuous pulsing, release to stop.
- When finished, press the "Off/Pulse" button to stop the appliance, then unplug it from the outlet.
Specific Tasks:
- Chopping, Pureeing: Use the multi-purpose blade. Add ingredients to the work bowl. Use the Pulse function for coarse chopping or Low/High for finer results or pureeing.
- Slicing, Shredding: Use the appropriate slicing or shredding disc. Place ingredients into the 2-in-1 feed tube. Use the food pusher to guide ingredients through the feed tube while the motor is running on Low or High speed. The 2-in-1 feed tube accommodates various ingredient shapes and sizes.
- Kneading Dough: Use the dough blade. Add ingredients for dough to the work bowl. Use the Pulse function or Low speed as directed by your recipe. The dough blade is designed to make light work of kneading pizza and bread doughs.
