Figure 5.1: Speed Control Buttons
The motor unit has two buttons: 'I' for slower speed, ideal for vegetables and fruits, and 'II' for faster speed, suitable for meat and harder ingredients.

  • Mode I (Slow Speed): Press and hold button 'I' for processing softer ingredients like vegetables, fruits, and herbs. This mode is gentler and suitable for achieving a coarser chop or for delicate items.
  • Mode II (Fast Speed): Press and hold button 'II' for processing harder ingredients such as meat, nuts, and garlic. This mode provides higher power for finer grinding and tougher tasks.

General Operation:

  1. Ensure the chopper is correctly assembled and plugged into a power outlet.
  2. Add your prepared ingredients to the stainless steel bowl.
  3. Select the appropriate speed mode (I or II) by pressing and holding the corresponding button on the motor unit.
  4. Process ingredients in short pulses (5-10 seconds) rather than continuous operation to achieve desired consistency and prevent overheating.
  5. Release the button to stop the operation.
  6. Once processing is complete, unplug the appliance, remove the motor unit, then the lid, and carefully take out the blade assembly before emptying the bowl.

Processing Guidelines:

  • For best results, cut larger ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces before placing them in the bowl.
  • Do not overload the bowl. For meat, do not exceed 500g.
  • If ingredients stick to the sides, stop the appliance, unplug it, and use a spatula to push them down before continuing.
