7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your coffee machine, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Coffee is watery or lacks flavor. | Incorrect grind setting, insufficient coffee dose, or low water temperature. | Adjust grinder to a finer setting. Increase coffee intensity/dose in settings. Ensure machine is fully preheated. |
| Milk does not froth properly. | Milk tank not properly connected, milk type/temperature, or milk system clogged. | Ensure milk tank is securely connected. Use cold, fresh milk (e.g., whole milk). Clean the milk system thoroughly. |
| Machine consumes too much water for cleaning. | Automatic rinse cycles are normal. | This is part of the machine's self-cleaning process to maintain hygiene. Ensure water tank is adequately filled. |
| Machine is leaking. | Drip tray full, internal hose disconnected (rare, manufacturing defect). | Empty the drip tray. If persistent, contact customer support. |
| Loud beeping sounds. | Indicates need for action (e.g., empty grounds, fill water, clean drip tray). | Address the indicated issue on the display. The beeping will stop once resolved. |
