Battery Care

  • Store the Lithium-Ion battery in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.
  • If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to approximately 50% capacity.

Protective Cap

Always use the protective cap when transporting or storing the B10 unit to safeguard the flash tube and continuous light element.

Troubleshooting

  • Flash Not Firing:
    • Check battery level and ensure the unit is powered on.
    • Verify that the Profoto AirTTL Remote is correctly paired and on the same channel as the B10.
    • Ensure the remote is not positioned too close to the B10 unit, as radio interference can occur. Adjust the distance between the remote and the flash.

  • Continuous Light Not Working:
    • Check battery level.
    • Ensure continuous light mode is activated.
    • Adjust brightness settings.
  • Difficulty Adjusting Mount Knob:

If the mount adjustment knob becomes difficult to turn, ensure it is not overtightened. Apply gentle, firm pressure. Avoid using tools that could damage the knob or mounting mechanism.
