5. Setup

5.1. Installation Methods

The projector offers three primary installation methods:

• Ground-Mounted: Attach the ground stake to the projector and insert it firmly into the ground. This is ideal for lawns or garden areas.
• Wall-Mounted: Use the wall mount base and included screws/plastic plugs to secure the projector to a wall or ceiling. Ensure the surface can support the device.
• Indoor Placement: Place the projector on a flat surface like a table or floor using the stand.

5.2. Connecting Power

1. Connect the projector's power cable to the AC adapter.
2. Plug the AC adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
3. For outdoor use, ensure the AC adapter is placed in a dry location or protected from direct exposure to rain and snow.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The projector features a control button, typically located on the back or side of the unit, to manage power and projection modes.

• Power On: Press the control button once to turn on the projector.
• Mode Cycle: Each subsequent short press of the button will cycle through the 5 available modes:
1. Static (snowflakes are still)
2. Slow speed (snowflakes move slowly)
3. Medium speed (snowflakes move at a moderate pace)
4. Fast speed (snowflakes move quickly)
5. Off (projector turns off)
• Power Off (Alternative): Press and hold the control button for 3 seconds to turn off the projector directly from any mode.

6.2. Adjusting Projection Angle and Distance

The projector head can be adjusted up to 180 degrees to direct the snowflake projection precisely where desired. Experiment with different distances to achieve the optimal effect for your space.

• Recommended Shooting Range: 9.8 to 35 feet.
• Recommended Shooting Area: 15 to 191 square feet, depending on distance.
• For best clarity and coverage, a distance of approximately 21 feet is often ideal.

• Projector Not Turning On:

• Projection is Dim or Blurry:
  • Clean the projector lens with a soft cloth.
  • Adjust the distance of the projector from the projection surface. Optimal clarity is often achieved at specific distances (e.g., around 21 feet).
  • Ensure there is sufficient darkness in the projection area.
• Snowflake Movement is Not Desired:
  • Press the control button to cycle through the different speed modes (Static, Slow, Medium, Fast) until the desired effect is achieved.
