5. Setup
Battery Installation:
The J18 flashlight can operate with either two or three 18650/26650 batteries. Ensure batteries are fully charged before installation.
- Unscrew the tail cap from the body of the flashlight.
- If using three batteries, screw the extension tube onto the main body tube.
- Insert the 18650 or 26650 batteries into the body tube with the positive (+) end facing towards the flashlight head. Ensure correct polarity.
- Screw the tail cap back onto the body tube securely.

6. Operating Instructions
Power On/Off:
To turn the flashlight on or off, firmly press the switch located on the tail cap until it clicks.
Mode Switching:
The J18 flashlight features 5 lighting modes: High, Medium, Low, Strobe, and SOS.
- With the flashlight turned on, lightly press the tail cap switch (without clicking) to cycle through the modes.
- Alternatively, a quick twist of the flashlight head may also cycle through modes on some versions.
- The flashlight will typically remember the last used mode when turned off and on again.
