Important Safety Information

WARNING: For outdoor use only. Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.

Always ensure proper ventilation. Keep the grill area clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline, and other flammable vapors and liquids. Maintain a minimum distance of 24 inches from the back and sides of the grill to any combustible construction. Never operate the grill under an overhead combustible surface.

Ensure all components are securely fastened before connecting the propane tank. The propane tank is designed to be side-mounted for easy access and removal.

Operating Instructions

Ignition

  1. Ensure the propane tank is connected and the gas supply is open.
  2. Open the grill lid.
  3. Turn the control knob for the far-right burner to the HIGH position.
  4. Press and hold the electronic ignition button until the burner ignites.
  5. Once the first burner is lit, turn on other burners as needed.

Using the Sear Station

The Sear Station burner provides an intensified heat zone for achieving perfect sear marks on your food. To use, turn the Sear Station burner to HIGH and allow it to preheat for a few minutes before placing food directly over it.

Using the Side Burner

The side burner is located on the right side table. It is ideal for preparing side dishes, sauces, or keeping food warm in a pot or pan while grilling on the main grates. To ignite, open the side burner lid, turn the control knob to HIGH, and press the ignition button.

Warming Rack

The Tuck-Away warming rack keeps cooked food warm without overcooking. It can be easily folded down when not in use to maximize grilling space.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning Cooking Grates

After each use, while the grates are still warm, brush off any food residue with a grill brush. For deeper cleaning, allow grates to cool, then wash with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.

Grease Management System

The grill features a grease management system that funnels grease away from the burners into a disposable drip pan located beneath the cookbox. Regularly check and replace the drip pan to prevent flare-ups and maintain cleanliness.

Exterior Cleaning

Clean the exterior surfaces with a mild soap and water solution. For stainless steel components, use a stainless steel cleaner and polish in the direction of the grain. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
