Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement

2. Power Connection
Connect the power cord securely to the power inlet on the back of the machine, then plug the other end into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting.
3. Network Connection (Ethernet)
For network printing and scanning, connect an Ethernet cable from your network router or switch to the Ethernet port on the back of the copier. The machine supports network connectivity for seamless integration into your office environment.
4. Paper Loading

1. Copying
- Place your original document face-up in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) or face-down on the document glass.
- On the touch screen, select the "Copy" function.
- Adjust settings such as quantity, color/B&W, paper size, and duplexing as needed.
- Press the "Start" button to begin copying.
2. Printing
The MX-2640N supports network printing and AirPrint. Ensure the machine is connected to your network.
- From your computer, open the document you wish to print.
