2. Power Connection

Connect the power cord securely to the power inlet on the back of the machine, then plug the other end into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting.

1. Copying

Place your original document face-up in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) or face-down on the document glass.
On the touch screen, select the "Copy" function.
Adjust settings such as quantity, color/B&W, paper size, and duplexing as needed.
Press the "Start" button to begin copying.

2. Printing

The MX-2640N supports network printing and AirPrint. Ensure the machine is connected to your network.

From your computer, open the document you wish to print.
