Setup and Installation

1. Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the fire pit and all accessories for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, do not proceed with assembly or operation and contact customer support immediately.

2. Placement

Position the fire pit on a level, stable, and non-combustible surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance from combustible materials as specified in the safety information (minimum 3 feet). The fire pit is designed for outdoor use only in well-ventilated areas.

3. Gas Connection (Natural Gas)

This fire pit is designed for natural gas. Connection to the natural gas supply should only be performed by a qualified gas installer or service agency. Ensure all connections are secure and leak-tested before operation.

4. Lava Rock Placement

Distribute the included lava rocks evenly over the burner pan. Do not block the igniter or burner ports. Ensure the lava rocks are dry before placing them in the burner pan.

Operating Instructions

1. Lighting the Fire Pit

  1. Ensure the gas supply valve is open.
  2. Push and turn the control knob to the "ON" position.
  3. Immediately press and hold the igniter button until the burner ignites.
  4. Once ignited, continue to hold the control knob for 10-15 seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up and engage the safety valve.
  5. Release the control knob. If the flame extinguishes, repeat the lighting procedure.

2. Adjusting the Flame

To adjust the flame height, rotate the control knob. Turning it clockwise will decrease the flame, and counter-clockwise will increase it.

3. Shutting Down the Fire Pit

  1. Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position.
  2. Close the main gas supply valve.
  3. Allow the fire pit to cool completely before covering or moving.

When not in use, especially during extended periods or inclement weather, cover the fire pit with the provided canvas cover to protect it from the elements. Store in a dry, sheltered location if possible.
