Setup
1. Installing SIM Cards and MicroSD Card
The CAT B35 supports Dual-SIM functionality and a microSD card for expandable storage up to 128GB. The microSD card slot uses a shared SIM slot.
- Locate the SIM/microSD card tray on the side of the device.
- Carefully open the tray cover.
- Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated slots. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards.
- If using a microSD card, insert it into the shared slot.
- Close the tray cover securely to maintain water and dust resistance.
2. Charging the Battery
Your CAT B35 comes with a non-removable Li-Ion 2300 mAh battery. It is recommended to fully charge the device before first use.
- Connect the provided adapter to a power outlet.
- Connect the other end of the adapter cable to the Micro-USB port on your phone (located on the top, under a protective cover).
- The charging indicator on the screen will show the charging status.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the adapter and ensure the port cover is sealed.
3. Powering On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the Power/End Call button until the screen illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the Power/End Call button, then select "Power off" from the options.

- Navigation Keys: Use the directional pad (up, down, left, right) to navigate through menus and options.
- Center Key: Press the center key to select an item or confirm an action.
- Soft Keys: The keys directly below the screen (left and right) perform functions indicated by the text above them on the display.
- Back/Clear Key: Used to go back to the previous screen or delete characters.
Making Calls
- From the home screen, enter the phone number using the keypad.
- Press the Call/Send button (green phone icon) to initiate the call.
- To end a call, press the Power/End Call button (red phone icon).
Sending Text Messages
- Navigate to the "Messages" application from the main menu.
- Select "New Message" or "Create Message".
- Enter the recipient's phone number or select from contacts.
- Type your message using the alphanumeric keypad.
- Press the "Send" soft key to transmit the message.
Camera Usage
The CAT B35 is equipped with a 2 MP primary camera with LED flash.
- From the main menu, select the "Camera" application.
- Frame your shot using the screen as a viewfinder.
- Press the center key to capture a photo.
- For video recording, switch to video mode within the camera app and press the center key to start/stop recording.

The CAT B35 supports 4G/LTE connectivity for internet access via its KaiOS operating system.
- Ensure mobile data is enabled in the settings.
- Open the "Browser" application from the main menu.
- Enter the website address using the keypad and navigate using the directional keys.

- Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of the phone.
- For stubborn marks, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure all port covers are securely closed before cleaning with any moisture.

The CAT B35 is IP68 rated, meaning it is dust tight and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.2 meters for 35 minutes. It is also MIL-STD-810G compliant for drop resistance.
- Always ensure all port covers (USB, headphone jack, SIM/microSD tray) are firmly closed before exposing the phone to water or dust.
- Do not intentionally submerge the phone beyond the specified depth or duration.
