2. Safety Information

3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Unpacking

3.2 Placement
- Place the unit on a strong, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 256 lbs / 116 kg).
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain a minimum of 6 inches (15 cm) clearance from walls or other obstructions on all sides, especially the rear where the compressor is located.
- Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat-generating equipment.

3.3 Caster Installation
The unit comes with heavy-duty casters for mobility. Two casters are locking, and two are non-locking.
- Carefully tilt the unit to access the bottom. It is recommended to have at least two people for this task.
- Screw the casters into the threaded holes at each corner of the unit's base. Ensure they are securely tightened.
- Place the locking casters at the front of the unit for stability during use.
- Once all casters are installed, carefully lower the unit to its upright position.
3.4 Electrical Connection
- Connect the unit to a dedicated 120 Volt, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical outlet.
- Do not use extension cords or adapter plugs.
- Ensure the electrical supply matches the requirements listed on the unit's data plate.
4. Operation
4.1 Initial Startup

The prep table comes standard with (6) 1/3 size food pans and a reversible full-length cutting board.
- Place food pans into the top well. The intuitive open well design accommodates 1/3, 1/2, or full-size pans without adapter bars.
- Ensure food products in pans do not exceed the top edge of the pan to allow proper lid closure and temperature maintenance.
- The cutting board provides a sanitary surface for food preparation. It is reversible and removable for cleaning.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance and cleaning are essential for optimal performance and longevity of your unit.
5.1 Daily Cleaning
- Clean the interior and exterior surfaces with a mild soap and warm water solution. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
- Remove and clean the cutting board and food pans daily. They can be washed with warm, soapy water and sanitized.
- Wipe down door gaskets to ensure a tight seal.

5.2 Condenser Coil Cleaning (Monthly)
The condenser coil should be cleaned monthly to maintain efficiency and prevent compressor failure.
- Disconnect the unit from the power supply.
- Locate the condenser coil, typically at the rear or side of the unit near the compressor.
- Use a stiff brush or vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust and debris from the coil fins.
