  2. Use Template: An installation template is included to assist with marking drill points accurately. Position the template on the wall at the desired height.
  3. Drill Holes: Drill pilot holes at the marked locations on the template.
  4. Secure Brackets: Attach the mounting brackets to the wall using the provided screws and anchors, ensuring they are level and secure.
  5. Mount Heater: Carefully align the heater with the wall brackets and secure it in place.
  6. Cord Management: If installing directly over an electrical outlet, the power cord can be routed and hidden behind the heater for a clean appearance.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Heater Not Turning On:
    • Check if the unit is properly plugged into a working 110V outlet.
    • Ensure the power switch on the unit is in the 'On' position.
    • Verify that the circuit breaker has not tripped.
    • If the unit recently overheated, allow it to cool down completely before attempting to restart.
  • Insufficient Heat Output:
    • Confirm the desired temperature setting is higher than the current room temperature.
    • Ensure the air filter is clean and not obstructed.
    • Check if the heater is in an appropriate-sized room for its heating capacity (100 sq ft primary, 500 sq ft secondary).
    • Avoid placing the heater in drafty areas or directly under windows, which can affect its efficiency.
  • Unit Shuts Off Unexpectedly:
    • This may indicate the overheat protection has activated. Check for any obstructions blocking the air intake or exhaust.
    • Ensure the unit is on a stable, level surface if not wall-mounted, as the tip-over switch may have activated.
  • Noise Level: The heater operates at approximately 40-44 decibels, comparable to a quiet office or soft whisper. If unusual or excessive noise occurs, ensure the unit is clean and free of obstructions.
