4.1 Preparing the Vacuum Sealing Bag

• Leave at least 3 inches (7.5 cm) of space between the food and the top of the bag to allow for proper vacuuming and sealing.
• For moist foods, pre-freeze or place a paper towel inside the bag to absorb excess liquid.

4.2 Vacuum Sealing Process

1. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it lies flat across the sealing bar. The bag opening should be fully inside the vacuum chamber.
2. Close the lid firmly until you hear a click on both sides, indicating it is securely locked.
3. Press the "Vacuum & Seal" button. The appliance will automatically remove air from the bag and then initiate the sealing process.
4. Once the sealing process is complete, the indicator light will turn off.
5. Press the release buttons (if present, typically on the sides) to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.
6. Inspect the seal. If the seal is not perfect, cut off the old seal and repeat the process.

4.3 Seal Only Function

This function is used to create a seal without vacuuming, useful for making custom-sized bags from a roll or sealing delicate items.

1. Place the open end of the bag across the sealing bar, ensuring it is positioned correctly.
2. Close the lid firmly until it clicks.
3. Press the "Seal Only" button. The appliance will heat the sealing bar to create a seal.
4. Once the sealing process is complete, the indicator light will turn off.
5. Open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

4.4 Stopping Operation

To stop any operation (vacuuming or sealing) at any time, press the "Stop" button.
