Setup

  1. Choose Location: Select a desired location on the sidewall of your soft-sided above-ground pool. Ensure the 23-foot power cord can reach a suitable 120V power outlet safely.
  2. Position External Unit: Place the external magnetic power source transmitter on the outside of the pool wall at the chosen location.
  3. Position Internal Unit: Submerge the LED light unit in the pool water and align it directly opposite the external transmitter on the inside of the pool wall. The magnetic force will hold the two units together, securing the light to the pool wall.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the 120V power cord from the external transmitter into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The Intex Underwater LED Magnetic Pool Light features dual lighting options: white light and a multi-color setting with four different color modes.

  1. Power On/Off: Once plugged in, the light can be turned on or off using the control buttons located on the external transmitter unit.
  2. Switching Modes: Press the button(s) on the external unit to cycle through the available lighting modes: white light and multi-color changing modes.

Maintenance

  • Cord Inspection: Regularly inspect the power cord for any signs of damage, fraying, or cuts. If damage is found, discontinue use immediately and replace the unit.
