Please read all instructions carefully before using your Kogan ThermoBlend Elite. Retain this manual for future reference.
- Always ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid. Clean with a damp cloth only.
- Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades during operation to prevent injury.
- The appliance features a Safety Lock mechanism. Ensure the lid is correctly engaged and locked before starting operation. If the lid is not properly secured, the unit will not operate. Do not force the lid; if it does not engage smoothly, check for obstructions or misalignment.
- Unplug the appliance from the power outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- This appliance is for household use only. Do not use outdoors.
- Exercise extreme caution when handling sharp blades and hot liquids.

3. Setup and First Use
Unpacking
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Remove any protective films or packaging materials.
- Check that all listed components are present and undamaged.
Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food.
- Wash the stainless steel jug, lid, and any accessories (like the steaming basket) in warm, soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
Assembly
- Place the motor base on a clean, stable, and dry surface.
- Carefully place the stainless steel jug onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated firmly.
- Add your ingredients to the jug.
- Place the lid onto the jug and rotate it clockwise until it clicks into place, engaging the safety lock. Ensure it is fully secured before proceeding.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
Control Panel Overview
The digital control panel allows you to select various functions and settings.

- TIME: Adjusts the operating time.
- TEMP: Sets the cooking temperature.
- SPEED: Controls the blade speed. The unit offers 3 speeds for various processing needs.
- WEIGHT: Activates the built-in weighing scale for precise ingredient measurement.
- PULSE: Provides short bursts of high-speed blending for coarse chopping or quick mixing.
- QUICK: Initiates a pre-set quick function (refer to specific recipes for details).
- START/STOP: Begins or pauses/stops the current operation.
Basic Operation
- Ensure the unit is properly assembled and the lid is securely locked.
- Use the WEIGHT button if you need to weigh ingredients directly in the jug.
- Select your desired function (e.g., blending, chopping, cooking) and adjust TIME, TEMP, and SPEED as needed using the respective buttons and dial.
- Press the START/STOP button to begin operation.
- To stop or pause, press START/STOP again.
- For quick bursts, use the PULSE button.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your appliance.
Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Remove the stainless steel jug and lid from the motor base.
- Wash the jug, lid, and any accessories with warm, soapy water. Use a brush for hard-to-reach areas around the blades.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water.
- Wipe the motor base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

Storage
Store the appliance in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Kogan ThermoBlend Elite, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
