Setup
Battery Installation
The VTech Spin & Go Helicopter requires 1 AA battery for operation. A battery is included for demonstration purposes, but a new battery is recommended for regular use.
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the helicopter.
- Using a screwdriver, open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 1 new AA battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Volume Control
Locate the power switch on the side of the helicopter. Slide the switch to turn the unit ON or OFF. The switch also controls the volume settings (low and high).
Propeller Action
Press down on the green propeller to make the helicopter zoom forward across the floor. This action encourages crawling and chasing.
Interactive Buttons
The helicopter features two colorful buttons on its side:
- Green Button (123): Introduces numbers and plays sing-along songs.
- Blue Button (ABC): Introduces letters, colors, and animal sounds.

Motion Sensor
Rolling the helicopter forward triggers a motion sensor in the wheels, activating helicopter sounds, music, and playful phrases.
Twistable Cat Pilot
Twist the friendly cat pilot figure located in the cockpit to engage fine motor skills and activate additional sounds.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting
No Sound or Intermittent Sound
- Check if the power switch is in the ON position.
- Ensure the volume is not set to the lowest setting.
- Replace the battery with a new AA battery.
Helicopter Not Moving Forward
- Ensure the propeller is pressed down firmly.
- Check if the helicopter is on a smooth, flat surface. Performance may vary on carpet or uneven surfaces.
- Verify battery power and replace if necessary.
