Introduction

The Himalayan Glow Tabletop Zen Garden is designed to provide a calming and aesthetically pleasing element to your home or office. It features 100% natural Himalayan Pink salt crystals, including fine-grade salt and three larger crystal pieces, housed in a wooden base with an integrated light. The garden also includes a bamboo rake for creating patterns in the salt. When illuminated, the pink salt emits a warm amber glow, contributing to a serene environment.

Setup Instructions

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. You should find the wooden base with integrated light, a bag of fine Himalayan Pink salt, three larger Himalayan Pink salt crystals, a bamboo rake, and a USB power cord.
2. Place the Base: Position the wooden base on a stable, flat surface away from direct moisture or excessive humidity.
3. Add Fine Salt: Gently pour the fine Himalayan Pink salt into the wooden base, distributing it evenly to cover the bottom surface.
4. Arrange Crystals: Place the three larger Himalayan Pink salt crystals within the fine salt, arranging them according to your preference.
5. Connect Power: Insert the small end of the USB power cord into the port on the Zen Garden base. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port on a computer or wall outlet.
6. Position Rake: Place the bamboo rake within the garden.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: The Zen Garden features a cord switch for the light. Locate the switch on the power cord and press it to turn the light on or off. The light source is an LED bulb, providing a warm glow.
2. Using the Rake: Use the provided bamboo rake to create patterns and designs in the fine pink salt. This activity is intended to promote relaxation and focus. You may also rearrange the larger salt crystals as desired.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: To clean the wooden base, gently wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Salt Care: Himalayan Pink salt is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture from the air. To prevent excessive moisture absorption, keep the Zen Garden in a dry environment. If the salt appears damp, turn on the light for a few hours to help dry it out.
• Bulb Replacement: The Zen Garden uses an E26 base, G40 shape, 15-watt LED bulb. If the light stops working, ensure the power connection is secure and then consider replacing the bulb with a compatible type. Always unplug the unit before attempting bulb replacement.
• Salt Replacement: Over time, the fine salt may become dusty or require refreshing. You can replace the fine salt with new Himalayan Pink salt if desired.

Troubleshooting

• Light Not Working:
  • Ensure the USB power cord is securely connected to both the Zen Garden and the power source.
  • Verify that the power outlet or USB port is functional.
  • Check the cord switch to ensure it is in the 'on' position.
  • If the above steps do not resolve the issue, the LED bulb may need replacement. Refer to the 'Bulb Replacement' section under Maintenance.
• Salt Spilling:
  • The Zen Garden has low sidewalls. Exercise caution when moving the garden or raking the salt to prevent spillage.
  • Avoid overfilling the base with salt.
• Salt Appears Damp or Sticky:
  • This is normal due to the hygroscopic nature of Himalayan salt. Ensure the garden is placed in a dry environment.
  • Turn on the light for several hours to help evaporate absorbed moisture.
