4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

The ThruNite T10 II can be powered by one 14500 rechargeable battery or one AA battery (not included). For optimal performance and maximum output, a 14500 battery is recommended.

  1. Unscrew the head of the flashlight counter-clockwise to open the battery compartment.
  2. Insert the battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight.
  3. Screw the head back on clockwise until it is securely tightened.

Note: Ensure correct battery polarity to prevent damage to the flashlight.

5. Operating Instructions

The ThruNite T10 II features a side switch for all operations.

  • Turn On/Off: Single click the side switch to turn the light on or off.
  • Firefly Mode: When the light is off, press and hold the switch to activate Firefly mode.
  • Cycle Modes (Low/Medium): When the light is on, press and hold the switch to cycle through Low and Medium modes.
  • High Mode: Double click the switch from any mode to activate High mode.
  • Strobe Mode: Double click again from High mode to activate Strobe mode.

Note: The flashlight does not have mode memory and will always start in Medium mode when turned on with a single click, unless Firefly mode is activated by a long press from off. To reset the mode order to Medium, leave the light off for approximately 1.5 to 2 seconds.
