- Attach Cleaning Cloths: Securely attach the appropriate fiber mopping cloths (long hair for dry cleaning, short fair for wet cleaning) to the bottom of the robot. Ensure they cover the cleaning pads completely.
- Secure Safety Rope: Always attach the safety rope to a strong, fixed object indoors, such as a heavy piece of furniture or a window frame anchor point, before placing the robot on the window.

The X6 Robot Window Cleaner features 3 auto-cleaning modes. These modes optimize the cleaning path for various window sizes and shapes. You can select the desired mode using the remote control.
Using the Remote Control
The included remote control allows for both automatic and manual control of the robot. Use it to start/stop cleaning, change cleaning modes, or manually direct the robot's movement.

Cleaning the Fiber Mopping Cloths
After each use, remove the fiber mopping cloths. They can be hand-washed or machine-washed with mild detergent. Allow them to air dry completely before reattaching or storing.
Cleaning Sensors
Periodically wipe the robot's sensors (especially the laser and pressure sensors) with a soft, dry cloth to ensure accurate detection and operation.
Storage
When not in use, store the robot in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the battery is partially charged if storing for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Liectroux X6, refer to the table below for common problems and solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Robot not sticking to glass | Ensure power is connected and switch is ON. Check for sufficient suction (pressure sensor). Glass surface might be too dirty or wet. Ensure cleaning cloths are properly attached. |
| Robot not moving | Check if the robot is in pause mode. Ensure there are no obstructions. Clean the wheels and sensors. |
| Robot falls during power outage | The UPS provides 20 minutes of backup power. Ensure the safety rope is always secured to prevent falls. Retrieve the robot immediately upon power loss. |
| Poor cleaning performance | Replace or clean the mopping cloths. Ensure the glass surface is pre-cleaned of large debris. Use appropriate cleaning solution if necessary (not provided by robot). |
| Remote control not working | Check remote control battery. Ensure direct line of sight to the robot. |
