Please read this entire manual before assembling or operating the Soozier Folding X Bike. Keep this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions could result in injury or damage to the product.
- Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
- Keep children and pets away from the equipment during use.
- Place the exercise bike on a flat, stable surface. Ensure adequate space around the bike.
- Inspect the bike for loose or damaged parts before each use. Do not use if any parts are damaged.
- Wear appropriate exercise clothing and footwear.
- The maximum user weight capacity for this bike is 265 lbs (119.75 kg).
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain.
2. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present and undamaged before assembly. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer service.

3. Assembly Instructions
Follow these general steps for assembly. Refer to the included assembly diagrams for detailed visual guidance.
- Attach Stabilizer Bars: Secure the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers.
- Install Pedals: Attach the left and right pedals to the crank arms. Note that the left pedal is reverse-threaded. Ensure they are tightened securely.
- Assemble Seat: Attach the seat to the seat post, then insert the seat post into the main frame. Do not tighten the adjustment knob fully until the desired height is set.
- Mount Handlebar and Console: Connect the handlebar assembly to the main frame. Attach the LCD console to the handlebar post and connect the sensor wires.
- Final Checks: Ensure all bolts are tightened and the bike is stable before use.

4. Setup and Adjustments
4.1 Seat Height Adjustment
The seat height can be adjusted to 5 different positions (27.6" to 31.9" / 70-81 cm) to accommodate various user heights. To adjust:
- Loosen the seat adjustment knob located on the seat post.
- Raise or lower the seat to your desired height. Ensure your knees have a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
- Tighten the adjustment knob firmly to secure the seat in place.

4.2 Resistance Adjustment
The bike features 8 levels of magnetic resistance, allowing you to customize your workout intensity.
- Turn the large dial tension knob located below the console.
- Turn clockwise for higher resistance (more challenging workout).
- Turn counter-clockwise for lower resistance (easier workout).

4.3 Pedal Straps
Adjust the pedal straps to secure your feet firmly to the pedals. This prevents your feet from slipping during exercise and ensures efficient power transfer.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 LCD Monitor Functions
The easy-to-use LCD console displays various workout metrics:
- TIME: Duration of your workout.
- SPEED: Current speed in km/h or mph.
- DISTANCE: Distance covered during your workout.
- CALORIES: Estimated calories burned.
- ODO (Odometer): Total accumulated distance.
- PULSE: Your heart rate, measured via pulse grips on the handlebars.
- SCAN: Automatically cycles through all display functions.
To operate the console, press the red button below the screen to cycle through modes or reset values. The console typically turns on automatically when you start pedaling or press a button.

5.2 Starting a Workout
- Adjust the seat height and resistance to your preference.
- Place your feet in the pedal straps and secure them.
- Begin pedaling. The console will activate and start tracking your workout data.
- For heart rate monitoring, grip the pulse sensors on the handlebars.
5.3 Folding and Storage
The X-bike design allows for convenient folding and storage.
- Ensure you are off the bike.
- Remove the safety pin located at the main frame hinge.
- Carefully fold the bike inwards until the two main frame sections meet.
- Reinsert the safety pin to secure the folded position.
- Use the transport wheels on the front stabilizer bar to easily move and store the bike in a compact space.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your exercise bike.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the bike with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Check Connections: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and screws to ensure they are tight. Tighten if necessary.
- Lubrication: No specific lubrication is required for the magnetic resistance system.
- Storage: Store the bike in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
- Console Not Displaying: Check battery installation and ensure sensor wires are securely connected.
- Inaccurate Heart Rate Reading: Ensure hands are firmly gripping both pulse sensors. Skin contact is necessary.
- Unusual Noises: Check all bolts and connections for tightness. Ensure the bike is on a level surface. If noise persists, contact customer support.
- Resistance Not Changing: Verify the tension control cable is properly connected and not kinked.
