Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not immerse the power base, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Always ensure the lid is securely closed during operation.
- Do not operate the kettle without water to prevent damage to the heating element.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
- Use the kettle only for its intended purpose: boiling water and brewing tea.
- Unplug the kettle from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- Avoid contact with hot surfaces. Use handles and knobs.

Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.
- Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the maximum level. Boil the water and then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Placement: Place the power base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Boiling Water
- Fill the Kettle: Open the lid and fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the minimum (0.5L) or above the maximum (1.5L) markings.
- Close the Lid: Ensure the lid is securely closed. If not using the infuser, use the solid lid.
- Place on Base: Place the kettle firmly on the power base.
- Select Temperature: Press the desired temperature button (70°C, 80°C, 90°C, or 100°C). For general boiling, select 100°C.
- Start Boiling: Press the "Start/Cancel" button. The indicator light for the selected temperature will illuminate, and the kettle will begin heating.
- Automatic Shut-off: The kettle will automatically turn off once the selected temperature is reached.

Brewing Tea with Infuser
- Prepare Infuser: Open the lid and attach the stainless steel tea infuser. Add your desired loose leaf tea into the infuser. Do not overfill.
- Fill with Water: Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water to the desired level, ensuring it covers the tea in the infuser.
- Close the Lid: Securely close the lid with the infuser attached.
- Place on Base: Place the kettle firmly on the power base.
- Select Temperature: Choose the appropriate temperature for your tea type (e.g., 70°C for green tea, 80°C for white tea, 90°C for oolong, 100°C for black tea or herbal infusions).
- Start Brewing: Press the "Start/Cancel" button. The kettle will heat the water to the selected temperature.
- Infusion Time: Once the temperature is reached, allow the tea to steep for the recommended time.
- Remove Infuser: Carefully remove the lid with the infuser. Dispose of used tea leaves.

Keep Warm Function
After the kettle reaches the selected temperature, you can activate the "Keep Warm" function to maintain the water temperature for up to 30 minutes.
- After selecting a temperature and pressing "Start/Cancel", press the "Keep Warm" button.
- The "Keep Warm" indicator light will illuminate.
- The kettle will maintain the water at the selected temperature for 30 minutes, then automatically shut off.

Care and Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- The tea infuser can be rinsed under running water. For thorough cleaning, it can be detached and washed with mild dish soap.
- Do not immerse the kettle body or power base in water.
Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. Regular descaling is recommended to maintain performance.
- Fill the kettle with a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:2 ratio) or a commercial descaling solution.
- Boil the mixture and let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.
- Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with fresh water several times to remove any residue and odor.
- Repeat if necessary.
Troubleshooting
